My partner is fully retired (from the LAPD) and I am semi-retired (events and meeting manager) here in sunny Long Beach, California, home of the Queen Mary. We love traveling in various forms from adventurous eco-tours to pampered cruising.
It is our desire to meet others all over the world with a particular eye on Ireland where we plan to visit in the fall. If we could find a home swapping opportunity, that would be a consideration.

I can offer one-to-one tuition on carpentry & joinery as well as consult on domestic property projects such as refurbishments, extensions and loft conversions.
